Risk Assessment Training
‘Risk Assessment’…Two words that can blank the minds of even the most educated of people.
No matter what industry or business you operate in, eventually there will be a need to complete a Risk Assessment of some kind.
It is a legal requirement under Article 3 “The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999” which states – (1) Every employer shall make a suitable and sufficient assessment of — (a) the risks to the health and safety of his employees to which they are exposed whilst they are at work; and (b) the risks to the health and safety of persons not in his employment arising out of or in connection with the conduct by him of his undertaking,
Completing a Risk Assessment is actually a simple and relatively straight forward process that anyone can be taught to do. Having the right tools and thought processes in your tool kit can simplify the whole process and turn what at first glance, seems a risky undertaking into an easy task.
