The team is everything, they are the life blood of the company and provide our clients with the personalised and bespoke service they have come to expect from us. Here you can meet the team members who are the soul of the company.

Below are short personal profiles for key team members providing an insight to who you are dealing with; some have links to their LinkedIn profiles to provide you with more in depth insights.

Kevin Boreham:

Owner & Managing Director of Fast R Solutions

Started his career in the contract furniture industry; working on the factory floor in both a metal fabrication shop and later in panel/wood manufacture workshop. Studying at night school and with the Open University resulted in Kevin being promoted to supervisory positions and finally into the production engineering office.

In 2001 Kevin gave up work to attend the University of Worcester as a mature student graduating in 2005 with a degree in Business Management & IT. After University Kevin went to work in to the the FM and Residential Block Management service industry as a Health & Safety adviser and later promoted to director level positions.

Kevin has carried on studying gaining a level 5 NVQ in Occupational Health & Safety and the CFPA Diploma in Fire Safety Management from the Fire Protection Association ( the FPA) based at the fire service college in Moreton-in-Marsh.

Kevin is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), a specialist member of the International Institute of International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (IIRSM) and a Graduate Member of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE).

Paul Bennett:

Associate Director

After leaving school Paul served in Her Majesties Services with a career spanning 22 years. A qualified and experienced Catering Manager, with a proven track record of excellence in Kitchen management and food Production. Extensive knowledge of Food Safety Auditing and compliance with Health and Safety management systems. Well versed in all aspects of Food safety, HACCP and COSHH in a food production environment.

As part of his resettlement package Paul gained qualifications in Health & Safety and Fire Safety; Qualified to train Basic & intermediate food hygiene, level 3 Health and safety, first aid at work and AED first aid.

His extensive experience in Facilities management and soft services gives a perspective that is beneficial to FastR Solutions and our client base.

Paul is a Technical Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), a member of the International Institute of International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (IIRSM) and a Technician Member of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE).

Sam Drewer:

Office Manager

Sam studied Art and Business before going on to work in customer facing roles in a diverse range of industries including food and retail outlets. During this time Sam honed her customer service skills and was frequently commended for upholding the reputation of her employers.

In her spare time Sam has a passion for art, developing her own unique style. Posting her work to social media platforms resulted in her studying social media marketing, branding herself to reach more potential clients. Her online following has grown resulting in commissioned works.

Since joining Fast R Solutions Sam has used her creative skills and logical approach to help organise office operations, raise brand awareness and hone client facing services.
