Any building constructed or refurbished before the year 2000 may potentially still have Asbestos Containing Materials used in its construction, and therefore need to have an asbestos assessment and management plan.
Asbestos must be identified and managed properly; only in this way will the well known risks associated with asbestos containing materials be controlled. If an assessment has not been completed then it must be assumed that asbestos is present.
We will provide you with surveys and management plans so you can effectively control the asbestos containing materials. Find out more about how we can help here.
